This interactive masterclass will explore the key aspects you need to know when managing a TUPE transfer. We will consider the commercial issues including outsourcing, business sales, managing TUPE data and negotiating tactics.

The programme will cover:

  • The legal requirements in a transfer situation

  • What rights transfer?

  • Information and consultation obligations

  • Employee liability information

  • Managing changes arising from TUPE constructively and proactively

  • Avoiding unfair dismissals relating to a TUPE situation
