One of the most important aspects of safe and effective care is the care planning process. Sadly, this in one of the common areas of non-compliance. The consequences of this can be devastating for people receiving care and for care providers.
This masterclass has been designed to provide tools, hints and tips on how to develop effective care and support plans. The masterclass will cover legislation and guidance together with best practice (and poor practice). There is a clear focus on involving people in the care planning process, making care plans truly persons centred and using outcomes tools to measure the effectiveness of the care provided.
