Join the charity Cavell for this live webinar aimed at empowering leaders in nursing and midwifery to strengthen their support for staff and boost their wellbeing. This event is strategically timed ahead of International Nurses’ Day, to spark important conversations about the challenges facing nursing and midwifery and highlight actionable solutions.
The panel will discuss the key ‘storm’ elements that lead to nurses and midwives to seek support from Cavell’s charity services, tips for leaders to offer tailored support, and ways to boost wellbeing and morale in your team. You will have a valuable opportunity to join the discussion, and ask questions to senior experts in healthcare, training, and support.
This event is FREE to attend, however you are encouraged to reserve your ticket as numbers will be limited. You will have the option to leave a donation to the charity Cavell in place of a ticket fee, to help the charity provide life-changing support to nursing and midwifery staff going through tough times.
