Liam talked through his experiences as a Ward Manager. He said "You are accountable but you are not to blame"

He went on to say "You have to be kind, you need to listen and give people your time"

Liam also said "When things are overwhelming, you need a process to manage your time, it is also really important to take time and have a break" 

Quality, safe, effective care - what does good look like?

Sarah talked through how using data can improve quality, she said " When teams can see data and how everyone is doing it incentifies them to keep improving and it builds energy" 

She also said "Shout about your sucesses, and Engage, Engage, Engage!"
