The recently published Equality, diversity and inclusion plan stipulates that Trusts should set internal targets to reduce bullying, harassment, discrimination, and violence by March 2024, this forms part of High Impact Action 6 which states Trusts should;
“Create an environment that eliminates the conditions in which bullying, discrimination, harassment and physical violence at work occur.”

This one day masterclass will focus on identifying and dealing with bullying and harassment in the workplace. We will look at policies and regulations that need to be in place to protect healthcare staff.
