This two day masterclass will focus on how to be a good trainer and provide effective training to colleagues, junior staff and students. The training is targeted at those involved in facilitating learning in the workplace and developing their knowledge and skills within this area of practice. We will explore teaching methodologies and strategies which prepare participants to be involved in learning and teaching within the practice setting.
