The course is an overview of what is required for UK GDPR/Data Protection 2018 Compliance and ICB contractual requirements for the completion of the DSPT.
DSPT completion is a contractual requirement that has been agreed with the commissioning organisations to provide NHS Clinical and educational services. The DSPT view is based on the category 3 evidence items.
The Course will look at compliance with current legislation and guidance, to enable the better understanding of Data Protection, Privacy and Cyber Security and DSPT contractual requirement.
