Wellbeing and Enablement. Quality of care is inseparable from the health of those providing it, this masterclass delves into practical strategies for integrating wellbeing principles into your governance framework. In the masterclass we will explore the components of wellbeing and the factors that can affect wellbeing. We will touch on the underpinning legislation and evidence based best practice before exploring the link between the wellbeing of your staff team and the outcomes your service achieves for the people you support. We will discuss the issues of working hours, work-life balance and modern slavery and move on to how care sector employers can demonstrate that they truly value their workforce.
